Yukhoe are usually made from raw ground beef seasoned with various spices or sauce.Usually the most tender part of beef will be used here.A raw egg yolk is usualy added, either on top of the dish or seperately. For some people they will not eat this kind of food. Why? Because it's raw! They're not eating foods that's not cooked. But for Korean people or other people that's used to eating raw foods they will enjoy eating this because it's a perfect combination and specially good.
