One of the finest dish/food in Korea is the Makchang Gui a.k.a. Diminuted Makchang in Korean Cuisine. It is originated in the early 70's around the area of Daegu, Somokchang . It goes best as a Soju Side Dish rather than a side dish for rice. Gui means grilled dish, and Makchang is made from cow or pig intestine. The grilled food in the picture is made from pig intestine. And this Korean dish more popular in in the province of Gyeongsang, South Korea.
